We use your name, email, optional company, selected service and project description to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate about potential work. Hosting services process basic request and security logs. Please do not send passwords or sensitive documents through the form.
Legal basis
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract, or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence and keeping the service secure. Contract, accounting and legal records may be processed to perform agreements or meet legal obligations.
Providers and transfers
Hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver enquiries. Email is sent through Resend when configured. Where processing involves a transfer outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards must be in place. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for the conversation and resulting business relationship, and for applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. Technical logs are kept only as needed for operation, security and diagnostics.
